Malcolm Whynott, Associate, practices in the areas of probate, estate planning, real estate and family law. Born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Malcolm graduated from Hamline Law School in 2008. From February 2008 to September 2009 he was a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Sally I. Robertson in Wadena, Minnesota. Before becoming a lawyer, Malcolm taught English in China and Russia for five years.
