Charles (Charlie) R. Kennedy is Senior Counsel for Kennedy, Nervig, Carlson & Van Bruggen, LLP.  Charlie has been a practicing trial attorney for 47 years.  During those 47 years he has also served as a Mediator/Arbitrator/Neutral Evaluator for 25+ years.  His trial practice has included litigation in the states of Minnesota, and North and South Dakota.  He has conducted a diverse civil litigation practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants. 

As senior counsel, he concentrates a good portion of his practice on ADR.  He is a qualified neutral on the Minnesota statewide ADR neutral roster and is on the state of North Dakota Mediation and Arbitration rosters.  His experience in serving as an ADR neutral in hundreds of cases, includes such diverse subject matters as personal injury of all types, insurance coverage, wrongful death, uninsured and underinsured motorist, no-fault insurance (former AAA no-fault arbitrator), product liability, construction, contract, real estate, employment law, education law, pharmaceutical malpractice, international commercial arbitration, electric utilities, fire loss, FELA, probate, commercial, legal/medical malpractice, accountant malpractice, municipal issues, agricultural, libel/slander, and federal court cases.
